What each delegation does
The Accademia del Tiramisù is present abroad through its own delegations: ambassadors of the tradition who guard and make known the value of a dessert born in Treviso and become a symbol of Italian cooking.
Each delegation promotes the true history and the true origins of Tiramisù, spreads the traditional recipe and carries Italian food culture beyond national borders.
A commitment that joins respect for tradition with a passion for sharing it, so that Tiramisù is known and made everywhere according to its authentic recipe.
