The Accademia del Tiramisù presents "Tiramisù di Treviso prende il volo", the new book by Tiziano Taffarello: a fairy tale that tells the history and the evolution of the best loved Italian dessert in the world.
With illustrations by Cesare Lo Monaco, the book retraces the origins of Tiramisù through the story of Teresa, Giuseppina and Alba: three women of Treviso who, across the ages, refined the recipe until it became the burst of flavour we all know today.
An illustrated edition that includes the Academy's official recipe. Available in bookshops and from the main online stores.
