Becoming a member means joining a community that, since 2003, has guarded and spread the true culture of Tiramisù. A group of enthusiasts, professionals and friends united by their love for the dessert born in Treviso and by the wish to hand on its original recipe.

Joining the Academy means helping to protect a Venetian tradition, taking part in the life of the association and enjoying benefits designed for those who live Tiramisù as part of their own story.
