What cookies are

Which cookies this site uses
The site uses technical cookies, which make it work and require no consent.
Only if you agree does it also use Google Analytics 4 (cookie
_ga, two-year lifetime), which tells us how many people visit the site and which pages they
read. The data is anonymous and aggregated, the IP address is truncated and it is never used to show you
advertising: Google's advertising features are switched off. Until you agree, your browser does not
contact Google.
We use no social network pixels. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so browsing the site contacts no external service.
External content loaded only on click
The recipe video (YouTube) and the map (OpenStreetMap) are replaced by a preview. Only if you press the "Watch the video" or "Show the map" button does your browser connect to those services, which may save their own cookies or data under their own notices:
- YouTube / Google: the video uses "privacy-enhanced mode" (youtube-nocookie.com).
- OpenStreetMap: uses no profiling cookies.
Links to social networks
The Facebook and Instagram icons are plain links: they load nothing from those networks until you click them and open the page on their own site.
