INGREDIENTS

(TO SERVE 6-8)


  • 300g mascarpone
  • 3 egg yolks
  • sugar 90g
  • lady finger biscuits
  • coffee
  • bitter cocoa powder

PREPARATION


  1. Beat the eggs and sugar together
  2. Mix in the mascarpone to form a soft cream
  3. Dip the lady fingers into the coffee and place a layer in a dish
  4. Cover the layer of biscuits with the mascarpone mix and continue tobLayer the ingredients, ending with the mascarpone
  5. Place in the refrigerator for 10 hours
  6. Sprinkle with the bitter cocoa powder and serve chilled

INGREDIENTS

(TO SERVE 6-8)


  • 300g mascarpone
  • 3 egg yolks (without egg white) or 60g of pasteurized egg yolk
  • granulated sugar 90g
  • breadcrumbs
  • coffee
  • unsweetened cocoa powder

PREPARATION


  1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar
  2. Add the mascarpone to obtain a soft cream
  3. Pour the cream into 4 cups or serving glasses
  4. Prepare a cup with soft cream
  5. Transfer to the refrigerator (at least 2 hours) until ready to serve
  6. Before serving, dust the surface with bitter cocoa
  7. Insert a ladyfinger vertically into the cream of the cup
  8. Accompany with a cup of coffee and sweeten with 1-2 teaspoons of soft cream from the cup
